DAY: 3 - BADRINATH DHAM (SERSI TO BADRINATH)

Passengers will check-out from Guptkashi hotel and will be transferred to Sersi / Phatta / Guptkashi by Road and then will take a helicopter ride to Badrinath as per the advised time one night prior.

After Landing at Badrinath, passengers will be checked-in to their hotel.

Post-Breakfast, passengers will be taken for VIP darshan to Badrinath Ji with the assistance of our handlers.

After Darshans, passengers will be provided with good lunch in the hotel restaurant and post lunch they’ll be taken to Manna Gaaon for Local Sight-Seeing tour by Road. (3km by car & approx. 4km sight seeing tour on foot)

n evening, Passengers can Experience Shayan Aarti on direct payment basis at Badrinath Ji.

DAY: 4 BADRINATH TO SAHASTRADHARA

In Morning, Passengers will check-out of Badrinath Hotel and catch the flight back to dehradun

This helicopter tour operates with fixed daily departure times for each destination. Passengers are required to adhere to the scheduled Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) for each day of the tour. Failure to do so will result in being marked as a NO-SHOW.

Passengers must strictly follow COVID protocols in accordance with the prevailing government mandates. Non-compliance with government guidelines may result in the denial of boarding to passengers, and refunds will not be provided in such cases.

The helicopter has a maximum weight capacity of 450 kg, excluding baggage weight. Passenger boarding depends on load and temperature conditions, with the pilot's decision being final. The total weight of all passengers on board must not exceed this limit. Therefore, passengers are requested to provide their exact weights at the time of booking.

Passengers are required to accurately provide their weights at the time of booking. In the event of any weight discrepancy discovered during travel that exceeds our aircraft's weight capacity of 450 kg, affected passenger(s) will be de-boarded and the Heli-tour will be canceled them and without any refund.

Excess weight charges for the Chardham helicopter tour are set at INR 2500 per kilogram, applicable to passengers whose weight exceeds 75 kg

Moreover, if there is any variance in the passengers' weights, subject to charges based on the overweight criteria, the corresponding amount will be collected at the helipad before the flight boarding.

Baggage will not be allowed in the Dodham Sameday tour. In case of any instrument which aids in medical support for the traveler, it might be allowed on board depending upon the total weight of the charter.

Moreover, guests can carry a sling pouch to carry MANDATORY MEDICINES, cash, etc. (not more than 0.5kg per person.)

Our Dodham Sameday Heli-tours are reserved on specific departure dates. Passengers are required to reach Dehradun one day prior to the departure date. The night stay in Dehradun on the arrival date will be on the cost of the traveler and can be arranged by Blueheights Luxury Trip Team on chargeable basis.

Our helicopters have a maximum seating capacity of 06 passengers, accompanied by 01 crew member.

Infants below 2 years weighing up to 12 kg are accommodated free of charge. To verify the age of the child, we will check the child's ID proof or birth certificate.

Helicopter flights in hilly terrain are contingent upon unpredictable factors such as adverse weather conditions and various Force Majeure events. These include delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by the Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden technical issues in the aircraft, illness of the flying crew, or delayed reporting of passengers at the helipads, among other unforeseen circumstances. Passengers are advised to be ready to encounter any unexpected events and inconveniences that may arise in such situations.

We strongly advise our passengers to keep one additional day at hand, over & above the 3N4D period, to avoid inconvenience in case passengers get stuck at any of the destinations due to bad weather or force majeure scenarios.

The complete payment needs to be settled in cash with Blueheights Luxury Trip's representative at Badrinath. This enables us to make the necessary arrangements and pre-book the Puja on behalf of each passenger.

Please note that the Maha Abhishek Puja is not encompassed within our package or billing cost. The total amount for this Puja is directly payable to Badrinath Ji Mandir Samiti. Confirmation is subject to Availability upon arrival at Badrinath.

The full payment should be made in cash to the Blueheights Luxury Trip's representative at Kedarnath top. This payment is essential for us to coordinate and pre-book the Puja on behalf of each passenger.

The arrangement for Rudra Abhishek Puja is contingent upon the availability of rooms at Kedarnath-Top, as passengers might be required to stay overnight for the Puja. Consequently, additional charges for hotel accommodation will be applicable.

*Please note that Rudra Abhishek Puja is not included in our package or billing cost, as the total amount for the Puja is directly payable to Kedarnath Ji Mandir Samiti.

*Disclaimer – Accommodation at Kedarnath-top falls under the budget category, and there may be occasional complaints regarding hotel services and rooms. Additionally, temperatures and oxygen levels at Kedarnath-top may drop to sub-zero levels at night in Sep/Oct. Therefore, passengers are advised to make decisions considering these factors. Company will not be responsible for any incidents involving guests staying at Kedarnath top.

On your date of arrival or departure, our team can arrange transportation for Mussoorie, Rishikesh or Haridwar day-trip from Dehradun.

Our team is dedicated to managing your complete Dodhamtour, and we are also available to aid you in securing air or train tickets to or from Dehradun.

Should you require an extra night stay in Dehradun, our team is ready to handle your hotel reservations. It's worth noting that we secure hotels at the most competitive rates available.

* The confirmation for above services is to be given in advance by clients, at the time of booking of Heli Tour.

* Airport transfers will be not provided only on the arrival day at Dehradun, and on the last day, i.e., 4th day of the tour.

* AADHAR Card copies are to be shared by all Indian passengers, & passport in case of foreign nationals.

* Company has its own crew at both the Dhams. For any guidance or assistance, passengers are free to reach out to them.

* Network connectivity at Harsil & Badrinath is very poor. BSNL & Jio are the main telecom services, that work in these regions mostly, but not always. However, our staff shall be with the passengers for assistance at all times.

* All temples in Chardham sector are located at high altitude, therefore passengers are advised to carry medication during travel. Also, they are advised to carry heavy woolen clothing with them, because during evenings & nights, the temperature can drop drastically.

Company assumes no responsibility for medical emergencies occurring on the ground for passengers. To safeguard your well-being, we strongly recommend that passengers consult a doctor and undergo a medical check-up before embarking on the journey, especially if they have any pre-existing medical conditions.

The carriage is subject to Blueheights Luxury Trip Services regulations relating to the conditions of Non-International Carriage (Passenger and Baggage) framed in accordance with The Carriage by Air Act, 1972 and Notification regarding application of the carriage which is non-international. The liability of the company for damage sustained in the event of the death or wounding of a passenger or any other bodily injury suffered by passenger or by his registered baggage during the course of carriage by air will be governed by the provisions of sections 4,5,6 and the rules contained in the second Schedule of Carriage by Air Act 1972 with certain exceptions, adaptations, modifications, etc as notified in the Govt. of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation Notification and as amended from time to time.

We reserves the right to cancel passengers, who are unruly, abusive, intoxicated, sick, mentally unfit or anyone else whom we deem to be unsafe to fly. No refund shall be done to such passenger(s)..

*Advance booking requires a 35% deposit of the total amount. The remaining balance must be settled 40 days before the scheduled arrival date in Dehradun.

*Passengers are only allowed to board or initiate the tour after completing the full and final payment for the tour.

The booking amount is non-refundable; however, a credit note will be issued if feasible conditions are met. (Conditions also apply for B2B bookings.)

If passengers cancel their booking prior or after commencement of tour, following cancellation charges will be applicable:

* Tour Cost: 25% of total tour cost for each unutilized travel sector (Dham), minus INR 35,000 per person toward the flight preparation & ground arrangement charges which is equal to 20,000 per sector per person.

* Additional Services:Deduction of any additional services provided at any of the Dhams during the tour of the passengers will be deducted over & above the refundable Tour Cost.

* Refund against any unutilized service will not be calculated separately and added to the refundable amount.

If passengers test positive for COVID before their scheduled travel, if the Yatra is canceled by the government, or in the event of a National or State emergency, no refunds will be issued.

Nevertheless, passengers experiencing cancellations due to lockdown will receive a Credit Voucher from Blueheights Luxury Trip. This voucher, equivalent to the advance payment, remains valid for one year and can be utilized for any of our helicopter tours or charter services. Passengers, as well as their friends or relatives, can redeem the full value of the credit voucher during this period.. * Blueheights Luxury Trip will not be liable for any accidents; passengers travel at their own risk. Booking is accepted with the understanding that guests fully comprehend the risks involved during the Chardham Yatra (both air and ground). Blueheights Luxury Trip will ensure that the aircraft possesses a valid airworthiness certificate and is deemed fit to fly according to DGCA regulations.

** WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF LUGGAGE DURING YATRA, AND NO COMPENSATION WILL BE PROVIDED IN CASE LUGGAGE IS LOST

*In the event of flight cancellations or delays due to bad weather, technical issues, or any force majeure reasons beyond the control of Blueheights Luxury Trip, the company will not be held liable for the canceled or delayed flights.

However, clients will be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

It's important to note that any inconvenience arising from flight cancellations is beyond the operator's control. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals, or any additional travel expenses incurred by passengers will be provided in the event of flight cancellation.

* If the tour departure from Dehradun on Day One is hindered by the aforementioned reasons, the tour will be deemed canceled, and a full refund, minus 12%, will be issued in accordance with our policies.

* Nevertheless, if passengers are open to rescheduling the tour for the next available date, they can initiate a new booking for the same. Our team will present the available options to the passengers.

* The remaining or unused amount from the previous booking can be applied towards the fresh booking. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the passengers.

* In case the tour departs from Dehradun as per schedule but gets disrupted, while the tour is ongoing, our team will propose the possible revised itinerary within the scheduled package days, but without any extension of days.

* Any extension, proposed by the passengers, in the package will only be considered at an extra cost and subject to operational viability.

* New Chardham passenger(s) scheduled for departure from Dehradun on any respective travel date shall be our top priority, over the back-log passenger(s) of previous days(s).

* Additional night halt charges will be payable by the passengers to hotels on direct payment basis, when they get stuck for additional nights due to bad weather/force majeure reasons

* If any passenger(s) require ferry flights to be operated for them in emergency, cost for the same will be charged to the party @ INR 155,000/hr plus GST.

* While the tour is ongoing, if any group demands to cancel their tour mid-way, the arrangement of transportation will be done by OUR TEAM, however, cost for the same will be borne by the passengers on direct payment basis.

Any increase in government levies or taxes or special Darshan or Palki after the confirmation of booking, will be extra chargeable to the passengers. Payment against the same will have to be made before the commencement of tour.

Company don’t own any aircraft, it take aircraft on lease/rental/charter basis from different operators and provide services to the clients.

Blueheights Luxury Trip will not be held for any financial liability in case of flying getting cancelled by operator due to any reason. Since, we are a mediator / bridge between operator and client so any dispute regarding to chardham / dodham helicopter package will be settled between operator and the client directly

Any disputes related to the legality, interpretation, application, or performance of the service or its terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction. Initial dispute resolution will occur through arbitration, with the place of arbitration being Delhi.
