The helicopter has a maximum weight capacity of 450 kg, excluding baggage weight. Passenger boarding depends on load and temperature conditions, with the pilot's decision being final. The total weight of all passengers on board must not exceed this limit. Therefore, passengers are requested to provide their exact weights at the time of booking.

Passengers are required to accurately provide their weights at the time of booking. In the event of any weight discrepancy discovered during travel that exceeds our aircraft's weight capacity of 450 kg, affected passenger(s) will be de-boarded and the Heli-tour will be canceled them and without any refund.

Excess weight charges for the Chardham helicopter tour are set at INR 2500 per kilogram, applicable to passengers whose weight exceeds 75 kg

Moreover, if there is any variance in the passengers' weights, subject to charges based on the overweight criteria, the corresponding amount will be collected at the hotel before the day of flight boarding.

Each passenger is allowed only one piece of baggage, weighing a maximum of 2-5 kgs. Helicopter travel does not permit suitcases or other traditional luggage bags. To address this, our staff provides duffle bags to all passengers upon arrival. The allowance for baggage weight is based on the total body weight of the group. If the combined body weight of the group exceeds the allowable limit of 450 kg, additional charges will apply for transporting the excess luggage by road, and this cost will be shared among all passengers in that chopper.

Due to the constrained weight capacity of our helicopters, we retain the right to rearrange passengers among helicopters to ensure the optimal weight for safe flying in mountainous terrain. Consequently, passengers traveling together may not necessarily be accommodated in the same helicopter flight

Our Chardham 4N5D Heli-tours are reserved on specific departure dates. Passengers are required to reach Dehradun one day prior to the departure date. The complimentary night stay in Dehradun on the arrival date extends our package to a 5-night/6-day tour. The actual helicopter flying activities commence from day 02 of the tour.

Our helicopters have a maximum seating capacity of 06 passengers, accompanied by 01 crew member.

Infants below 2 years weighing up to 12 kg are accommodated free of charge. To verify the age of the child, we will check the child's ID proof or birth certificate.

Helicopter flights in hilly terrain are contingent upon unpredictable factors such as adverse weather conditions and various Force Majeure events. These include delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by the Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden technical issues in the aircraft, illness of the flying crew, or delayed reporting of passengers at the helipads, among other unforeseen circumstances. Passengers are advised to be ready to encounter any unexpected events and inconveniences that may arise in such situations.

We strongly advise our passengers to keep one additional day at hand, over & above the 5N6D period, to avoid inconvenience in case passengers get stuck at any of the destinations due to bad weather or force majeure scenarios.

The complete payment needs to be settled in cash with Company's representative at Badrinath. This enables us to make the necessary arrangements and pre-book the Puja on behalf of each passenger.

Please note that the Maha Abhishek Puja is not encompassed within our package or billing cost. The total amount for this Puja is directly payable to Badrinath Ji Mandir Samiti. Confirmation is subject to Availability upon arrival at Badrinath.

The full payment should be made in cash to the Company‘s representative at Kedarnath top. This payment is essential for us to coordinate and pre-book the Puja on behalf of each passenger.

The arrangement for Rudra Abhishek Puja is contingent upon the availability of rooms at Kedarnath-Top, as passengers might be required to stay overnight for the Puja. Consequently, additional charges for hotel accommodation will be applicable.

*Please note that Rudra Abhishek Puja is not included in our package or billing cost, as the total amount for the Puja is directly payable to Kedarnath Ji Mandir Samiti.

*Disclaimer – Accommodation at Kedarnath-top falls under the budget category, and there may be occasional complaints regarding hotel services and rooms. Additionally, temperatures and oxygen levels at Kedarnath-top may drop to sub-zero levels at night in Sep/Oct. Therefore, passengers are advised to make decisions considering these factors. On your date of arrival or departure, our team can arrange transportation for a day-trip to Mussoorie, Rishikesh, or Haridwar from Dehradun.

Our team is dedicated to managing your complete Chardham tour, and we are also available to assist in securing air or train tickets to or from Dehradun.

Should you require an extra night stay in Dehradun, our team is ready to handle your hotel reservations. It's worth noting that we secure hotels at the most competitive rates available. Any extra night beyond the package inclusions will be chargeable, irrespective of the reason.

*The confirmation for the above services is to be provided in advance by clients at the time of booking the Heli Tour.

*Airport transfers will be provided only on the arrival day at Dehradun and the last day, i.e., the 6th day of the tour.

*Any donations, tips, pitthu, palki/pony, and porter charges shall be borne by the passengers. AADHAR card copies are to be shared by all Indian passengers, and passports in the case of foreign nationals.

*Company has its own crew at all the Dhams. For any guidance or assistance, passengers are free to reach out to them.

*Network connectivity at Harsil & Badrinath is very poor. BSNL & Jio are the main telecom services that work in these regions mostly, but not always. However, our staff shall be with the passengers for assistance at all times.

*All temples in the Chardham sector are located at high altitudes. Passengers are advised to carry medication during travel. Heavy woolen clothing is also recommended, as temperatures can drop drastically during evenings and nights.

Company assumes no responsibility for medical emergencies occurring on the ground for passengers. To safeguard your well-being, we strongly recommend consulting a doctor and undergoing a medical check-up before embarking on the journey, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

The carriage is subject to COMPANY Services regulations relating to the conditions of Non-International Carriage (Passenger and Baggage) framed in accordance with The Carriage by Air Act, 1972 and Notification regarding application of the carriage which is non-international. The liability of the company for damage sustained in the event of the death or wounding of a passenger or any other bodily injury suffered by passenger or by his registered baggage during the course of carriage by air will be governed by the provisions of sections 4,5,6 and the rules contained in the second Schedule of Carriage by Air Act 1972 with certain exceptions, adaptations, modifications, etc as notified in the Govt. of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation Notification and as amended from time to time.

We reserve the right to cancel passengers who are unruly, abusive, intoxicated, sick, mentally unfit, or anyone else whom we deem unsafe to fly. No refund shall be provided to such passenger(s).

*Advance booking requires a 35% deposit of the total amount. The remaining balance must be settled 40 days before the scheduled arrival date in Dehradun.

*Passengers are only allowed to board or initiate the tour after completing the full and final payment for the tour.

The booking amount is non-refundable; however, a credit note will be issued if feasible conditions are met. (Conditions also apply for B2B bookings.)

If passengers cancel their booking prior to or after the commencement of the tour, the following cancellation charges will be applicable:

* Tour Cost: 25% of the total tour cost for each unutilized travel sector (Dham), minus INR 35,000 per person toward the flight preparation and ground arrangement charges, which is equal to 20,000 per sector per person.

* Additional Services: Deduction of any additional services provided at any of the Dhams during the tour will be deducted over and above the refundable Tour Cost.

* Refund against any unutilized service will not be calculated separately and added to the refundable amount.

If passengers test positive for virus before their scheduled travel, if the Yatra is canceled by the government, or in the event of a National or State emergency, no refunds will be issued.

Nevertheless, passengers experiencing cancellations due to lockdown will receive a Credit Voucher from Company This voucher, equivalent to the advance payment, remains valid for one year and can be utilized for any of our helicopter tours or charter services. Passengers, as well as their friends or relatives, can redeem the full value of the credit voucher during this period.. * Blueheights Luxury Trip will not be liable for any accidents; passengers travel at their own risk. Booking is accepted with the understanding that guests fully comprehend the risks involved during the Chardham Yatra (both air and ground). The company will ensure that the aircraft possesses a valid airworthiness certificate and is deemed fit to fly according to DGCA regulations.

** WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF LUGGAGE DURING YATRA, AND NO COMPENSATION WILL BE PROVIDED IN CASE LUGGAGE IS LOST.

* In the event of flight cancellations or delays due to bad weather, technical issues, or any force majeure reasons beyond the control of the company, the company will not be held liable for the canceled or delayed flights.

However, clients will be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

It's important to note that any inconvenience arising from flight cancellations is beyond the operator's control. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals, or any additional travel expenses incurred by passengers will be provided in the event of flight cancellation.

* If the tour departure from Dehradun on Day One is hindered by the aforementioned reasons, the tour will be deemed canceled, and a full refund, minus 12%, will be issued in accordance with our policies.

* Nevertheless, if passengers are open to rescheduling the tour for the next available date, they can initiate a new booking for the same. Our team will present the available options to the passengers.

* The remaining or unused amount from the previous booking can be applied towards the fresh booking. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the passengers.

* In case the tour departs from Dehradun as per schedule but gets disrupted, while the tour is ongoing, our team will propose the possible revised itinerary within the scheduled package days, but without any extension of days.

* Any extension, proposed by the passengers, in the package will only be considered at an extra cost and subject to operational viability.

* New Chardham passenger(s) scheduled for departure from Dehradun on any respective travel date shall be our top priority, over the back-log passenger(s) of previous days(s).

* Additional night halt charges will be payable by the passengers to hotels on direct payment basis, when they get stuck for additional nights due to bad weather/force majeure reasons.

* Company may not fly to Harsil/Jhalla, in case of turbulent wind conditions – which is often in the Harsil valley after 1200 Hrs.

* If any passenger(s) require ferry flights to be operated for them in emergency, cost for the same will be charged to the party @ INR 155,000/hr plus GST.

* While the tour is ongoing, if any group demands to cancel their tour mid-way, the arrangement of transportation will be done by OUR TEAM, however, cost for the same will be borne by the passengers on direct payment basis.

Any increase in government levies or taxes or special Darshan or Palki after the confirmation of booking, will be extra chargeable to the passengers. Payment against the same will have to be made before the commencement of tour.

Company don’t own any aircraft, it take aircraft on lease/rental/charter basis from different operators and provide services to the clients.

Bookings will be processed on the understanding that the party has accepted the aforementioned terms and conditions.Company will not be held for any financial liability in case of flying getting cancelled by operator due to any reason. Since, we are a mediator / bridge between operator and client so any dispute regarding to chardham / dodham helicopter package will be settled between operator and the client directly.

Any disputes related to the legality, interpretation, application, or performance of the service or its terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction. Initial dispute resolution will occur through arbitration, with the place of arbitration being Delhi.
